Key Features
HRD91 is Warom flame‑proof LED platform light. It adopts copper‑free die‑cast aluminum alloy housing with Ex db IIC explosion‑proof construction, IP66 protection degree and WF2 anti‑corrosion grade, suitable for Zone 1, Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres as well as Zone 21, Zone 22 dust hazardous locations. The luminaire features a patented three‑chamber independent structure consisting of light source chamber, driver chamber and wiring chamber. The flow‑guided heat dissipation slots deliver efficient heat dissipation. Equipped with high‑boron‑silicon tempered glass and stainless‑steel exposed fasteners, it offers high impact resistance and salt‑spray corrosion resistance for harsh working conditions in petrochemical and chemical plants. Fitted with imported LED chips and honeycomb wide‑beam light distribution, it provides even illuminance without glare and achieves over 55 % energy‑saving compared with conventional light sources. It carries IECEX and ATEX international explosion‑proof certifications issued by Warom.
